December 2001- I met a guy. He was "perfect", or so I thought. We dated briefly before I moved out of town for him. We were together that time for 9 months, then broke up. I moved home. We got back together 2 additional times over the next 5 years, finally ending in just being friends because he couldn't (or wouldn't) control his urges to be with other women.
December 2006- I moved in a guy. He was "perfect", or so I thought. We had only been dating briefly when I moved him in with me. We were together for about 14 months when he left me the first time. About a month later he came back home and stayed until July, 2008, then left again. After a month he came back. In October, 2008, I moved out of state for him, only for him to leave me again in January, in a state where I know no one. He can't control his urges to be with other women.
Amazingly, I've learned from my past. I won't take him back again. I can't. I also refuse to be with anyone like either of them again in the future... EVER!
